Get ready for Crafty Navidad, hosted by Kathy Cano-Murillo, The Crafty Chica. This is an all-inclusive uplifting and creativity retreat in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, MX.

If you’ve ever dreamed of making art, eating at yummy picturesque restaurants in a place that feels straight-up magical, this is it.

San Miguel is one of those cities that hugs your spirit the moment you arrive. Centuries-old cobblestone streets, decorated doors, bells ringing from the churches, and that golden light that makes everything feel oh-so cinematic. 

During Navidad, it’s over the top amazing! Stimulation overload in the best way. The town literally glows with tin star lights trimming the streets. Poinsettias everywhere, as well as corazons. There’s music in the plazas, handmade touches everywhere and celebrations that you can’t experience anywhere else.

We’ll make art together in a relaxed, inspiring way. We’ll have a private room for classes, plus we’ll visit and have workshops by two local artists from the town. You’ll get a mix of Crafty Chica style and techniques deeply rooted in the culture of Mexico. 

And of course, mucho shopping at the local boutiques and the famous Mercado de Artesanías!

We will also have a Zoom craft night in July to get warmed up, and meet one another online. You will be shipped a craft kit of the workshop we will make for this class.

Crafty Navidad is about ending the year by slowing down, reconnecting with your creativity and giving yourself the gift of being fully present in your creativity!

Projects include: Painting classes, junk journaling, jewelry making and mixed media.
