Each guest will be treated to a daily culinary experience, tastings that range from traditional dishes, such as “Chiles en Nogados” to flavors created by modern chefs, such as Enrique Olvera’, owner of the exclusive new restaurant “Moxie”. The vacation will include daily-guided shopping, history & food tours. Daily home cooked breakfasts, and culinary demonstrations related to Mexican food traditions

Specialty home cooked breakfast, followed by a cooking demonstration. On to a guided shopping tour within San Miguel historic Centro, enjoy Mexican themed silver jewelry designs. After a nice late afternoon break and refreshment, a dinner at an exclusive restaurant that celebrated San Miguel flavors.
Specialty home cooked breakfast, followed by a Chiles,Chiles, Chiles – Caliente demonstration. On to a food walking tour, tasting up to 8 restaurants and bars. After a late afternoon break, enjoy a shopping excursion focused on San Miguel Designer Shoes and dinner at a traditional meal “Chiles en Nogado restaurant located close to “El Jardin.”
Specialty home cooked breakfast, followed by a Mexican Bread – Pan Dulce demonstration. On to a art walking tour, and a lite lunch at “El Café Popular”. Afternoon will visit the oldest bakery in San Miguel, we can select our favorite “pan dulce”. Dinner will be at Tio Lucas” a local downtown favorite that highlights beautiful folk art.
Breakfast will be celebrated in the Centro Historic, followed by walk to the “Artisan Alley” to shop for Mexican Folk Art Specialties. Afternoon will be free time to further explore. Farewell dinner “Moxie” an exclusive restaurant- owned by celebrity chef Enrique Olvera.
